We strive to keep our county aware of the enormous sacrifice our troops make in serving our country, and of the many Shasta County families who have loved ones in the military.

 Current Projects:

• Provide a forum for families and friends to share their experiences and information while their loved one is serving, and assure that our troops know their sacrifice is appreciated through letters, cards, needed supplies, and the establishment of the permanent monument.
  

• Gathering names of Shasta County military service members to be engraved on the permanent monument.

• Greeting returning troops and surprising them with gift certificates donated by our community in appreciation of their service.

• Participating in community events throughout Shasta County to increase the public's awareness of "F.H.O.T." and honoring its troops.
